Resetting Your Password

How to reset your RiskSense password.

Users can reset their passwords on the RiskSense platform login page if they know their username.

If a user does not know their username, contact support@risksense.com to reset their password.

This option is not available for SAML logins.

To reset your password, navigate to the RiskSense platform login screen. Reset Password - Login Screen

Click the Forgot Password? link in the bottom-left corner of the login box.Reset Password - Forgot Password Link

Enter your username into the text box and click Submit.Reset Password - Enter Username Screen

The RiskSense platform then sends an automated email to the user containing a link to set a new password.

The link is only valid for 30 minutes. If the link expires, you will need to repeat the steps above to generate a new password reset link.
