Removing Attachment Requirements from Workflows

How to remove attachment requirements from workflows in RiskSense.

By default, attachments are not required to submit a workflow. RiskSense provides organizations with the ability to require attachments when submitting a workflow for risk acceptances, false positives, and severity changes.

To remove the attachment requirement from one of these workflows, navigate to the Configuration (Settings Menu - Gear - Small) > Client Settings page.

Navigation - Configuration - Client Settings

On the Client Settings page, scroll to the require documents section.

Remove Document Requirement - Require Document Section

Select No in the drop-down menu and click Save.

Remove Document Requirement - Select No and Save

The selected workflow no longer requires an attachment when submitting a request.
